OVTO: The Sales Tool for Orange Broadband Products
OVTO is a sales tool designed by Orange Senegal to facilitate the sale of Broadband fixed products across the Senegalese territory. The tool provides autonomy to the seller and better monitoring for sales partners. It comes in two formats: the App version for Orange Field Sellers (VTO) and Sales Partner (PVT) and the Web version for actors involved in managing sales of Broadband fixed products within SONATEL.
The App is designed for two profiles: Orange Field Sellers (VTO) and Sales Partner (PVT). With the App, VTO can enter a request, track the progress of their request, process blocked requests, and access their request dashboard. As for the PVT, they can access their dashboard, unlock access for their VTOs, create access for newly registered VTOs, and access requests entered by their VTOs.
OVTO is a useful tool for sellers and sales partners to manage and monitor the sales of Orange Broadband fixed products across Senegal.
